Thermoplastic (TPO and PVC)

Lightweight, reinforced, reflective membrane use as a single layer of roof top protection that gives great performance. Excellent fire resistance and seam length.

EPDM

Lightweight"rubber" material used as a single layer of roof top protection that gives good performance, great elongation, and resistance to ponding water and ultraviolet light.

Modified Bitumen

Composed of either asphalt reinforced with polyester and, in some cases, factory applied surfacing and installed in multiple layers using asphalt, adhesive, self-adhered and torched-applied. This system is very resistant to traffic, punctures and tears.

Built Up

Multiple layers of felts, or asphalt saturated mats installed on the roof in layers of asphalt with alternating felts. Sometimes adhesive is used instead of asphalt. Surfacing of the roof system can be done using gravel, coating, or a granulated cap sheet.

Roof Coatings

Used for roof restoration, surfacing, maintenance or repair. Materials are highly reflective, durable, aesthetic and can greatly enhance the performance of the existing roof system.
